We all know that having a lot of belly fat can be mess. Not only is it accountable for the "muffin tops" we all loathe so much, it puts real pressure on our bodies while adding to issues like heart disease, diabetes and more. Now, though, there's a book called the Lean Belly Prescription that's promising to help you shed the muffin top and get healthy at the same time. we wanted to determine if the contents of the book are more practical anything else that is already out there so we chose to give it a closer look.
The book can be acquired through regular booksellers like Borders, Barnes and Noble, and Amazon.com. This is excellent as it can help the book gain legitimacy. It may also help make it less difficult to buy because you don't have to concern yourself with some affiliate giving a trumped up review to ensure they earn a commission on a product that doesn't help you. This guide has been written by Travis Stork. You could recall him from the show "The Bachelor" or maybe recognize him as one of the doctors on the syndicated daytime show "The Doctors." Obviously, though, he's more than a tv persona. He is an real medical doctor who works as an emergency room medical doctor at a real hospital.
The guide was created to promote the Pick 3 to Lean program that Dr. Stork has developed. Pick 3 to Lean is a course that allows you to modify your food intake but doesn't force you to stay in the gymn for days on end. The system claims to help you shed weight without having to give up any of the things you love-food, free time, etc. The approach centers on the concept of N.E.A.T, or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This principle declares that it is possible to burn off calories without having to work out.
From what our team can tell, this book tends to make an awful lot of guarantees but doesn't deliver any innovative or revelatory information. The real fact is that most of the information within this book could be found by doing a few basic web searches and using your common sense. This will likely be a major dissatisfaction for the people who like to know the reasoning behind the instructions that they are given and expected to adhere to. The guide isn't going to go into theory very much whatsoever. The readers are simply given some outlines and programs and told to follow along. If you're an individual who would like to have a clear cut plan to follow but who doesn't want to have to worry about the particulars of the plan, this might be the book you are looking for.
Regular thinking tells us that the proper way to lose weight is exercise and good eating habits. This book isn't going to use that standard logic so there's no real way to tell whether or not it will work the way the marketing promises it will. Of course, today, if you can get your personal doctors blessing (from your own doctor, not the writer of the book), nearly anything is worth looking at!
